Electrical Network Design for a Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer or a firm specializing in electrical network design to develop a comprehensive electrical network for a manufacturing facility. The facility includes the following structures:

• Production Tower: The main area for manufacturing operations.
• Storage Hangar: A large space dedicated to inventory storage.
• Administration Building: Offices and administrative functions.
• Changing Rooms: Facilities for staff, including lockers and restrooms.
• Outdoor Lighting: A system for illuminating the exterior of the facility for security and operational purposes.

The project involves designing a complete electrical network, including load calculations, circuit diagrams, cable layouts, and safety systems. The design must comply with Algerian standards (Réglementation Algérienne en matière d’électricité) and local regulations.

Required Competencies:

• Proficiency in electrical network design for industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards.
• Expertise in energy efficiency and load optimization.
• Knowledge of outdoor lighting systems.
• Experience with medium and low-voltage systems.
• Proficiency in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills to coordinate with other teams involved in the project.

Deliverables:

1. Electrical design plans (single-line diagrams, cable routes, and connection details).
2. Bill of materials (BOM) with specifications for all components.
3. Compliance report with applicable standards and safety requirements.
4. Recommendations for future scalability of the network.
